Using the service
You must be [TBC: minimum age] or older. Uploaded photos must each show one adult who has agreed to their use.
Content rules
Do not upload photos of minors, people without consent, or content that is sexual, hateful, deceptive or infringes rights. We may refuse or remove such content.
Credits
Videos are paid for with credits. New accounts receive no free credits.
One-time credits do not expire. Monthly credits expire at the end of each billing month. Yearly credits are issued upfront and expire at the end of the yearly term.
Credits for a clearly failed generation are returned to your balance.
Subscriptions and renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period stays active.
Refunds
Cash refunds for orders: [TBC: refund policy]. Returned credits for failed tasks are not cash refunds.
Generated output
Results vary. We do not guarantee likeness, lip sync, generation speed or fitness for commercial use. Commercial use rights: [TBC].
