Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
Scope and permitted use
This policy applies to descriptions and other text, uploaded photos, generated lyrics, audio and videos, and how you share or use those outputs. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Hotel Lobby AI is for clearly identified AI-generated entertainment featuring consenting adults. You must be 18 or older and have permission from each adult depicted. Consent does not permit prohibited content or deceptive impersonation. Do not claim that a generated performance is an authentic recording or endorsement.
Prohibited content and conduct
Pornography / NSFW: no nudity intended for sexual arousal, explicit sexual acts, sexual violence, non-consensual intimate imagery, undressing transformations or sexual exploitation.
Violence / gore: no graphic injuries, mutilation, torture, bloodshed, cruelty, threats or encouragement of violence. Do not promote terrorism, violent extremism, mass violence or provide instructions for weapons of mass destruction.
Hate speech: no attacks, dehumanization, harassment, incitement to genocide or discrimination against people on the basis of protected characteristics.
Child-unsafe content / CSAM: no sexualized minors, child sexual abuse material, grooming or exploitation. Do not upload photos of minors or request outputs depicting minors, including synthetic depictions.
Deepfakes / impersonation of real people: no non-consensual deepfakes, deceptive face or voice imitation, impersonation of public figures or private individuals, fabricated endorsements, fraud, or content falsely showing a person saying or doing something as if it were real. Non-consensual sexual deepfakes are prohibited without exception.
Copyright / trademark infringement: do not submit or generate material that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity or other rights. Permission to use a photo does not grant rights to third-party music or brands.
Do not create scams, blackmail, deceptive political content or spam, misrepresent AI content as authentic evidence, or attempt to bypass moderation through encoded, obfuscated or jailbreak prompts.
Safety screening
Before a new generation is accepted or credits are charged, the server screens the submitted description through Waffo Prompt Scan with semantic enforcement enabled. Only an explicit allow decision can proceed. A blocked description must be changed or appealed. A review result or service outage stops generation and leaves your credits unchanged; you can retry later.
An empty description is screened using the selected celebration theme. Screening sends text to Waffo, not your uploaded photos. Photos and generation settings are processed by Kie AI using Seedance 2.0 Mini to generate the video. See our Privacy Policy for data processing details.
Text screening is not a guarantee that photos or generated output are safe. We also review reported content manually. We do not claim that every photo or completed video receives a separate automated safety scan or human review.
Report content or abuse
Report suspected violations, impersonation or infringement to qingmi995@gmail.com. You do not need an account to report. You can also use the email composer on our Contact page.
Use the subject Content report. Include a task ID or content URL if known, the policy category, what happened, your relationship to the affected person or rights, and a contact email. If relevant, include the screening reference shown in the error. An unknown task ID does not prevent a report.
For urgent child-safety issues or credible threats, mark the subject Urgent safety report. Do not attach or redistribute illegal imagery; provide identifiers and a description instead. This mailbox is not an emergency response service.
We limit disclosure of reporter information to what is needed to investigate, take action or meet legal obligations. Deliberately false or abusive reports may be rejected; a good-faith report is not abuse simply because no violation is found.
Review and enforcement process
We assess incoming reports for urgency, prioritizing child safety, threats and non-consensual impersonation. We locate the relevant task or content where possible, check the report against this policy and request additional information when necessary. Reports and appeals are handled by the service operator, not a claimed round-the-clock moderation team.
While investigating serious allegations, we may restrict access to the relevant hosted content. Confirmed violations may result in a warning, refusal of further prohibited requests, removal of hosted content or revocation of download access. Where required by law, we preserve relevant records and cooperate with appropriate authorities.
We notify the reporter of the outcome where possible and notify affected users of restrictions and their reason unless legal or safety considerations prevent disclosure. If a review requires more information or time, we explain that in our reply. We cannot remove copies already downloaded or hosted by third parties.
Appeals
To challenge a blocked description or content restriction, email qingmi995@gmail.com with the subject Content appeal, the task or screening reference, the decision and any relevant permission or other evidence.
We reconsider the decision using the evidence provided and explain the result by email. Do not resend prohibited material as an attachment. An appeal does not automatically unblock a prompt or restore content before review.
Policy updates
We update the date on this page when this policy changes. Check this page before submitting content. Refund and cancellation rules are set out separately in the Terms of Service.
